What was once only available as a paediatric positioning wheelchair, is now available in adult sizes 16″ and 18″.

This is our favourite manual positioning wheelchair as it offers absolute value for money plus gives you the features of the more expensive chairs.

Many CP Associations and families have bought this chair for their child and all of them give it good reviews.

The frame is aluminium and the padded seat and back give good support along with the adjustable lateral supports and pommel.  Lateral supports & pommel can also be removed.  The elevating legrest is an excellent feature and gives great support especially when the chair is in either recline or tilt in space.

The tilt in space is incredibility easy to use via hand controls beside the attendant brakes and the chair can be safely positioned to many angles, ensuring comfortable seating at all times.  The recline function is accessed by the push of a handle and allows the carer to adjust the child/adult’s backrest position or, the angle may be deepened as desired.   Both Tilt in Space & Recline allows for increased pressure care which will assist in the prevention of pressure sores.

The padded headrest is adjustable up and down and can be moulded to suit the child or adult.

All in all, this is a very sturdy, aesthetically pleasing chair that has many adjustments and provides much needed comfort all day.
